Malaysian Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree Quantity Surveying or equivalent, preferably with experience ID firm.
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying is preferred.
-Assist in the preparation of quotation cost breakdown, taking off quantity, cost estimate and budget for projects
-Assist tender/contract review and prepare tender and contract documents, negotiation with contractors, contract administration and drafting contractual correspondences.
-Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers and relevant authorize.
-Assist contract manager in the overall QS operation of the project assigned ( take - off BQ & Material, tendering & cost analysis, certification & VO, drawing and consultant coordination and construction & admin)
-Assist in site evaluation and site visit as and when required.
- Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
