Job Description
- Work independently and as a team with high degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
- Manage tendering processes, including preparing and reviewing tender documents.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the best value.
- Handle quotation inquiry.
- Prepare monthly progress claim
