Prepare and review cost estimates, Bill of quantities (BQ) and tender documents.
Analyze contractual terms, drawings and specification to identify scope and implications.
Conduct cost analysis, rate verification and subcontractor evaluation and accurate pricing.
Monitor project financial performance including cost tracking, forecasting and budget reporting.
Review and negotiate subcontractor quotation, claim and final accounts.
Analyze drawing and specification to accurately project the cost of material and other expenses.
Assist in preparing tender documents and contract based on the information from the drawing and specifications.
Conduct site visits to verify work completed against the drawing and manage claims and variations.
Liaise with architects, engineers to understand the design and resolve any technical issues identified from the drawing.
Job Requirement:-
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management or a related field.
3+ years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in relevant and tools for quantity surveying.
Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques.
