Prepare BQ , quotation, progress claims, contract document
Attend site valuations, prepare ,evaluate and submit progress claims , VO and final account
Follow up with customer on claim payment certificates
Can understanding autocad drawing
Printing construction drawing
Able to calculate the cost of construction for tendering project (BQ /pre-contract) based on technical drawing, doc, and etc. Sourcing pricing for supplier and sub-contractor
Basic contract administrator - including letter and filling
Overall the project claims documentation and admin
Material submission
Other duties required of a Qs from time to time
Year of Experience : 2-3 Years (experience to prepare BQ is bonus)
Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey or any equivalent.
