Handle pre and post-contract administration duties.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Ensure construction projects are completed within budget and timeline.
Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and AutoCad.
Language:
Proficient in English and Mandarin (preferred for dealing with specific stakeholders).
Possess own transport (Working location: Kapar, Selangor).
