Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to manage all aspects of post contract quantity surveying and contract administration including chasing for payments. Assist senior QS in all tasks assigned. Price/cost forecast of the different materials needed for the project. Prepare tender docs, contracts, budgets & other documentation. Track charges to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly. Procure or agree the services of contractors or sub contractors who work on the construction of the project. Measure & value the work done on site. Liaise with the clients and other construction professionals such as site managers or site engineers. Identify risk surrounding the project and the likelihood of cost variation. Provide advice to site project team on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence. Responsible in compiling and reporting projects progress and financial status.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or degree in quantity surveying or other related field with minimum 2 - 3 years working experience. Fast learner, hard working, knowledge of construction materials, good team player & communication skills. Preferable to speak Chinese (Able to communicate with employees from china company)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
