QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Key Responsibilities

Prepare tender documents and tender proposal Attend site meeting and site valuation Manage and evaluate certification of payment to Trade Contractors Prepare contract administration work, monitor cost estimation and project cost control. Maintain control of project drawings and records Close final account with clients and trade contractors Oversee procurement process to ensure compliance with design specification and budget plan and assist in cost analysis.

Key Skills

Good interpersonal & communication skill Familiarity with

Goldon software

will be an added advantage. Team player yet self-confident and motivated individual Familiar with pre and post contract management Computer literate

Job Requirements

Possess Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Fluent in Mandarin language, English and Bahasa Melayu Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry are preferred, however fresh graduates are welcome to apply
