Job Description

Job Purpose

To support Project Manager and represents the Company (when required) in project execution and maintains official communication with the Client and other parties. To understand project scope and objectives including Client's Contract terms and condition stated in Contract Document. Assisting Project Member to manage all project measurement related matter.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for QS operation of projects related to QS task, check & review bills of quantities (BQ), tendering, material sourcing, cost estimation, progress claims, evaluation of V.O claims & etc. Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and related other parties involved in the project. Check and review for contract management, LOA, EOT, progress payments and CPC. Responsible for Internal audit for site material and works. Ensure all the project budget and construction costs and variation orders are controlled with the budget. Ensure operational work processes and documentations are following the company's management system. Work closely with architects, external QS, contractors, and project team. Provide advice to the Management on quantity surveying matter.

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
