Job description -Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Construction/Building Management or equivalent. - Experienced at least 3 years and above - Salary Negotiable depend on experiences JOB DESCRIPTION : 1) Responsible for managing and maintaining the records in contract process which include operational documents such as claims, tenders and reports. 2) Developing and presenting project proposals 3) Meeting with clients/consultant to find out their requirements, 4) Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescale. 5) Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contract. 6) Managing construction schedules and budgets. 7) Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards. 8) Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project. 9) Working on-site and in an office. 10) Perform other related tasks.
