- Possess a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architecture.
- Proficient in cost estimating and cost control techniques.
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards.
- Experience working with project management software would be an advantage.

Tanggungjawab
- Prepare interim claims for construction projects.
- Gather supporting documents required by clients for claims.
- Preparation for variation of price.
- Experience in JKR contract documentation.
