• Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Fresh graduates are encoraged to apply for Junior QS or Trainee QS

We pride ourselves on deliveringexceptional craftsmanship and innovative solutions to our clients.Pre-Contracts Responsibilities:1. Sources and compiles information for tender participation, including measurement, quotation invitation, costing reports, and tender submissions.2. Prepares bill of quantities (BoQ) involving quantity take-off, material sourcing, and estimating material and labor costs for tendering.3. Prepares tender responses in consultation with Commercial HOD and attends tender interviews.Post-Contracts Responsibilities:1. Reviews tender pricing with the Commercial HOD or Contract Manager2. Examines letter of appointments, contract drawings, and documents to identify deviations from the tender.3. Attends project meetings4. Negotiates with suppliers and appoints specialist subcontractors i.e. carpenters, fabricators or installers as per trade requirements.5. Ensures timely submission of variation order (VO) costs and communicates progress to the project manager, along with submitting monthly progress claims and closing final accounts.6. Follows up on payment certificates and client payments efficiently.7.
