  • Diploma/Degree in Building Construction Management and Quantity Surveying
  • Preferable with at least 2-3 years experiences in Interior Design Industry
  • Adequate verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin also welcome)
  • Strong numerical and IT Skills
  • Commitment and Independence
  • Teamworking Skills
  • Applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen with a valid Driving Licence
TanggungjawabQuantity surveyor are responsible on calculating, estimating, managing & refining all monetary costs and expenditure associated with a project, while ensuring that project quality, compliance and regulatory standards are maintained at the highest levels via taking accurate quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.Work is done out of the office in the initial phase. Once the construction is underway there are frequent site visits and meetings with contractors and supply vendors, checking that materials and equipment meet contract specifications and the ordered quantities meet with project estimations and budgets. In the final stage, preparing variation orders including settlement of final account is required upon project completion.

  • Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
