Job Description
Location: Klang, Selangors:
- Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation
- Cost Control, Cost Management, Cost Planning, and Cost Reporting in the construction project.
- Planning and budgeting.
- Reporting and documentation.
- Project management.
- Handling Pre/Post Contract.
- Manage and liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
- Ability to work independently, positive attitude, and a good team player.
- Relevant certification or membership in a professional body is a plus.
- Able to travel on-site.
