Position : Quoting Specialist

Company Industry : Professional Information Services

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0830 hour to 1730)

Working Location :Remote Work

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Salary range RM5,000 - RM8,500 (based on qualification & experience) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook and possess an innate ability to navigate through new software applications. Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.

JOB SCOPE :

• Works with regional Sales teams to create and track quotes within Salesforce
• Collect required data points to execute and submit quotes for approval
• Verify quotes are accurate and reflect customer requirements before submitting for approval
• Provide customer-ready proposals to Sales
• Provides analytics on quote request to proposal delivery timelines and works to improve SLAs
• Be the owner of data quality for proposals
• Monitor daily tasks and meet established SLA\'s with internal and external customers.
• Participate in data clean up within Salesforce for special projects
