Join our digital banking team as a Customer Service Officer to support customers using our online banking services. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot digital transactions, and assist with product knowledge to ensure a seamless banking experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding digital banking platforms.
- Guide customers on mobile app and internet banking usage.
- Resolve issues related to account access, transaction errors, and technical problems.
- Educate customers about features, security practices, and services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate complex cases.
- Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction and response times.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / O-Level certificate; Diploma/Degree preferred.
- 1+ year experience in customer service, preferably banking or finance.
- Basic knowledge of digital banking, mobile apps, and online platforms.
- Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Problem-solving mindset and patience when handling customers.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
