Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shift Production Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing production activities during assigned shifts to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. This role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Lead and motivate production staff, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance.

Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.

Ensure production schedules are met and report any deviations.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.

Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, logs, and records.

Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Requirements

:

Diploma / degree in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Manufacturing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to work in shifts.
