This position will report to R&A FAC Senior Manager and will liaise with the respective FO processes across various geographical locations to deliver accurate information to group accounting & reporting system, and global metrics for R&A FAC.
What\xe2\x80\x99s the role?
R&A FAC Analyst is accountable for assigned process activities (General Leger, Fixed Asset Accounting, Group Reporting, Management Information, Statutory reporting) to be delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities include:
\xc2\xb7 Support Fixed Assets processing activities.
\xc2\xb7 Support month end & quarter closing activities i.e. General Ledger close including preparation of manual journals, reasonableness review and disclosures
\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Group Financial Statements (together with collection of Supplementary info for entities in scope).
\xc2\xb7 Ensure key datelines are met for Group & internal reporting.
\xc2\xb7 Preparation of supporting analysis, including for local statutory reporting.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance and operational effectiveness of the controls within the area of responsibility.
\xc2\xb7 Analyze key accounts in Balance Sheet (Blackline) to ensure balances are appropriately reconciled and properly supported.
Role requirement
\xc2\xb7 Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Qualifications with 1-2 years related working experience.
\xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates can be considered as well.
\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge & experience in SAP is an added advantage.
\xc2\xb7 Good analytical skills, meticulous and able to prioritize well.
\xc2\xb7 Results oriented, fast paced, and proactive.
\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel.
\xc2\xb7 Resilient and able to deliver under pressure.
