Job Description
- Responsible for the procurement, preparation, dispensing and quality control of
- May be required to provide pharmaceutical care in the Clinical & Training Unit
- Provide inpatient counselling with accurate medication information and advice to
- Support supply of medications to outpatients, inpatients and patient care areas
- Participate in all departmental & organizational-wide quality improvement activities
- Participate in educational and training activities for professional development
- Perform inventory control & monitoring
- Perform other pharmacy-related duties assigned by the supervisor
- Degree in Pharmacy (recognized by Malaysian Pharmacy Board)
- Registered with Malaysian Pharmacy Board
- Certificate in Nuclear Pharmacist Training (Basic) from National Cancer Institute
- Proficient knowledge of pharmacy practice, pharmacy inventory system & other
- Proficient working knowledge of Health Information System / Pharmacy software
- Strong leadership capabilities to schedule & monitor subordinates' work
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- At least one (1) year experience as a Radio Pharmacist & in hospital pharmacy
