Job Description
Ramp Services Agent - Key Responsibilities
Aircraft Ground Handling
Guide aircraft safely to and from gates, install/remove safety equipment, and assist with visual aircraft checks.Baggage & Cargo Handling
Load, unload, and sort baggage and cargo, ensuring accurate delivery and security compliance.Equipment Operation & Maintenance
Conduct equipment inspections, operate ground support equipment (GSE), and report malfunctions.Safety & Compliance
Follow all ramp safety, health, security, and environmental protocols; report incidents and hazards promptly.Teamwork & Communication
Work alongside a committed and skilled team, support smooth flight operations, and actively participate in ongoing training and development.Main Requirements:
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 32kg) and work in all weather conditions.
