Job Responsibilities:
1) Conduct literature reviews on new product processing and plan the project accordingly.
2) Conduct R&D activities including laboratory trials, stability study and sensory evaluation.
3) Manage multiple R&D projects in a timely manner.
4) Conduct production scale up trials and process optimization for commercial production.
5) Provide technical support to solve production issues and attend customers\' enquiry accordingly.
6) Ensure a complete project documentation.
7) Maintain the safety and hygiene, as well as the condition of equipment in R&D Lab.
8) Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or management from time to time.
Job Requirements :
1) Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
2) Possess at least 1 year relevant working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3) Technical skills:
i) Laboratory hands-on skills.
ii) Good working knowledge in food manufacturing processes. Working knowledge in mixing and powder technology and plant extraction will be an added advantage.
4) Soft skills:
i) Analytical thinking to solve problem critically
ii) Detailed-orientated
