Job Responsibility To be actively involved in the selling process of new Residential Projects, Commercial Projects or Sub-Sales properties To create appointments to meet, present and negotiate with potential clients To ensure consistent follow ups To provide good service, build and maintain long-term rapport with existing clients To actively participate in company\'s activities and training To be willing to share ideas and being helpful to fellow colleagues Job Requirements Passionate in meeting people or have a keen interest in doing sales Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory as training and coaching will be provided) Possess good work ethics, pleasant personality, proactive and resourceful Self-motivated, high determination and possess high interest in the property industry Love challenges and like to work in a competitive environment Able to speak and read English and Bahasa Malaysia well.
