Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent / Negotiator at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. located in Kuala Lumpur. Duties include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties; providing excellent customer service; and negotiating contracts and deals on behalf of clients. Qualifications Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property knowledge Excellent customer service skills Strong sales skills Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues 6 months reserve funds and Marketing fund Fluent in English and Mandarin Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience Note: Experience in the real estate industry in Malaysia is a plus.
