Company Description Connexus Realty is a real estate agency located in Petaling Jaya that specializes in listing and selling commercial real estate, bank-owned properties, and manufactured home parks. We also broker commercial real estate loans. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for selling and leasing commercial and residential properties, providing top-notch customer service to clients and potential clients, conducting property showings, and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers. The Real Estate Agent will be working out of our office located in Petaling Jaya. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License Excellent customer service and communication skills Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales Knowledge of real property management and real estate transactions Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include proficiency in the latest industry software, familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations, and experience in marketing and advertising properties.
