MANAGEMENT OF LEASE ADMINISTRATION
Liaison with Landlords/ Mall Owner/ Property dealers.
Complete or review appropriate legal documents and forms related to the rent or lease.
Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for properties.
Development of vendors for effective real estate management.
Manage the properties in the most efficient and profitable manner possible in the existing marketing conditions consistent evolution of market conditions and trends.
Evaluate and recommend changes on rent/ pricing strategies.
Interact regularly with the landlord, developer, and property consultants for the region.
STORE DEVELOPMENT
Collate and submit monthly store opening forecast, including mono brand and multi-brand outlets.
Coordinate, submit and review Store Planning Start-up Packs for Retail, Franchise and Wholesale SISs\xe2\x80\xa2 Review construction drawings/samples for Retail, Franchise and Wholesale SISs.
To be the main point of contact for all store design-related queries from the relevant units.
Ensure all store development plans within the subsidiary are clearly planned and projects completed on time and according to schedule, to the required brand standard.
Prepare, communicate, and educate the relevant stakeholders and team members on any changes in store design policies and procedures that may affect the market.
RETAIL EXPANSION
Develop a Trade zone rollout plan for countries in Focus city and Lower tier cities.
Provide input to and participate in the design of mid-term strategies in relation to country retail expansion for both FRS and Own Retail.
Develop a country Retail Expansion Plan which reflects distribution, marketing, and geographic strategies\xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively seek right location for new store opportunities and consistently improve the location and space of existing shops
Regularly update the country on retail expansion plans and status.
