What you\'ll do:As a Real Estate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing real estate strategies in Malaysia. You will be responsible for managing a small team of Real Estate Officers or Facility Managers, ensuring that all operations related to property life-cycle are handled efficiently. Your role will also involve steering country-wide demands, evaluating location statuses, supporting site representatives, and being accountable for reporting on real estate matters. Your strategic thinking and excellent communication skills will be key in this role.

• Develop strategic partnerships with developers, landlords and transaction management providers
• Manage the operational real estate work related to the complete property life-cycle on cluster level
• Prepare real estate related section for regional/global approval
• Steer country-wide demands and secure optimal provision of space and services
• Evaluate status of locations and define actions
• Support site representatives in cluster in execution of facility management operations
• Accountable for reporting in Real Estate related matters to regional and global Real Estate leadership
• Responsible for real estate related budget planning\'s in the cluster, to support the global budget planning process

• Experience in project steering and financial reporting
