Job Description

1. Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists

2. Based on requisition form, order goods from supplier and follow-up with date and time of delivery;

3. Acknowledge receipt goods delivered by supplier and ensure quantity delivered as per order made;

4. Assuring no damaged items are sent or received

5. Keep record of stocks in stores by updating necessary records in database and produce costing report;

6. Release goods to relevant departments as and when required;

7. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the receiving area
