Knowledge and understanding of inventory and material management and ability to provide solutions, including, FIFO/LIFO, logistics and storage management (issuance, protection and storage) specifically related to food and beverage items.
Responsibilities
Responsible for performing daily activities related to ordering, receiving, storage and issuance of delivered products including cleanliness and sanitation of the receiving area
Unloading and inspection of delivered products against determined acceptance criteria
