Job Description

Receive, unload, and inspect all incoming goods, materials, and supplies. Verify quantities, quality, and specifications against purchase orders and delivery notes. Report and document any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the relevant department. Ensure proper labeling and identification HALAL PRODUCT of received goods before storage. Organize and store goods systematically in designated locations for easy retrieval. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels using manual or computerized systems. Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly/yearly inventory audits. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and inform supervisors of replenishment needs. Prepare and issue materials to requesting departments based on approved requisitions. Ensure proper documentation for all goods issued and returned. Arrange safe and timely dispatch of goods when required. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store and receiving areas. Comply with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently. Assist in implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methods for stock rotation.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
