Attending to incoming calls via Skype of Business / Microsoft Teams : by screening + forwarding incoming calls, same time providing basic information when needed via provided device from apps, Telegram / Whatsapp. Attending in handling over self-test kit to associates, giving brief on how to use and ensure associates recorded upon taking self-test kit and their self-test result. Meet and greet visitors by welcoming and addressing him/her appropriately. Attending to incoming mails/ parcels by receiving from company \'s PO Box. To record all incoming mails or parcels, sorting out and arranging collection / drop off by internal stakeholders / departmental pigeon box Attending and managing external courier companies and/or dispatch riders. Supporting meeting room booking by extracting out stakeholders requirement from online room booking system to FCM department board and ensuring meeting rooms are \'back to its original\' position after each meeting Keeping and securing meeting room keys comprised of Perlis, Kedah and Penang Co-ordinating taxi arrangements for visitors whom required Checking and verifying as per delivery orders for incoming stationaries and beverages under FCM Add-hoc supporting internal stakeholders as and when there are trainings and events hosted in company by ensuring participants / visitors are properly registered Requirements Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Receptionist or as a Customer Service personnel in an MNC office environment COMPULSORY to converse and written FLUENTLY in English and Bahasa Malaysia
