Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer service attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests/visitors upon arrival at the office.
  • Reply, screen and forward approaching calls.
  • Give fundamental and exact data face to face and by means of telephone/email.
  • Get, sort and convey day by day mail/conveyances.
  • Request office supplies and keep a stock inventory.
  • Perform other administrative assistant obligations.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month Benefits:
