Job Description


  • Answer phone calls in a timely manner and forwards call to respective personnel.
  • Answer general inquiries from visitors
  • handles incoming mails and letters
  • Greet visitors upon arrival and notify respective personnel.
  • maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area.
  • perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing and administrative tasks when necessary
  • Assist in maintaining office security
  • Maintaining office supplies and stationary
  • perform any other duties as assigned by superior
