Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule driver\'s trips.
Arrange lunch menu for the staffs.
Support finance department (Raise Purchase Order, Process Invoices)
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration Management or relevant.
1-2 years experience.
Fresh graduate is welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
