Reconciliation Analyst (cross Border Team)
Job Description
: Execute Logistics SOPs Across 3PLs and Shopee internal teams Serve as main stakeholder for assigned 3PLs in Cost related Matters Guarantee Logistics KPI attainment and improvement: Cost per order, Cost Recovery, 3PL SLA attainment Negotiate with 3PLs on amounts to be settled due contracting cost-related clauses Execute monthly reconciliations previous to pay 3PLs Understand critical issues through accurate and focalized data analysis and problem solving capabilities Prepare multiple instances/meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to support key projects and initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related Experience in Planning areas Previous exposure to negotiation scenarios Understanding of finance concepts and budget cycles Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment Advanced knowledge in Excel Advanced English Advanced Spanish.
