Team and Role Introduction:
Main purpose of this role
1. Add-hoc, weekly and monthly operating metrics
2. Conduct cross-border operational analysis
3. Serve as a key team member to drive reporting process improvements and automation
4. Processing, cleansing, and verifying the operating and system data used for reporting and analysis
5. Ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
6. Working regional cross-border business intelligent team and other local Lazada Logistics teams, as well as 3PL vendors
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities (eg use responsibility matrix such as Responsible / accountable / supported / consulted)
1. Responsible to establish strong relationships internally and externally (including 3pl fm and LM) to achieve efficiency of the supply chain
2. Support and identify opportunities for process change, communicate sound ideas and implement them effectively
3. Responsible to ensure accurate, timely and efficient report (including pre-alert, shipment monitoring and parcel database)
