Prepares profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements.Maintains receipts and disbursement reports. May prepare reports. Performs one or more of the following accounting activities: checks and verifies records, prepares invoices and vouchers, posts ledger and general journal entries and/or balances accounts payable and accounts receivable records.Generates reports, conducts specialized research projects and responds to inquiries as required.May reconcile difficult accounts and is responsible for a complete and systematic set of transactions in a specific phase of accounting.Key activities & DeliverablesResponsible to support all month-end close activities and for the delivery of standard cost and inventory analysis.Contribute to standardization and harmonization of systems and processes, collaborate with other colleagues to ensure alignment and successful implementationSupport Finance Business Partners on ad hoc analysis, initiatives, and/or projectsSupport internal and external Audit where relevantParticipate in squads focused on continuous improvement of processes, systems, policies, procedures, and standards for implementation and use across the network.Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting or related discipline is required3+ years of experience in Finance in a Corporate setting is requiredExperience with ERP SAP is requiredExperience supporting manufacturing business is preferred3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams is preferredStrong sense of accountability and prioritizationStrong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and influencing skills, and ability to build trusting and productive relationshipsAbility to navigate through a complex, broad, and diverse organization and can liaise effectively with different organizations (supply chain, sites, local finance)Cost Accounting with a Manufacturing background preferredLanguage: Fluent English is requiredDesirable experience:As a Senior Financial Accountant, you have a broad knowledge of product costing, manufacturing finance, manufacturing operations, and a deep understanding of cost analysis and cost controlling tasks. You have a strong ability to organize complex data from different sources into actionable and meaningful information with experience using ERP System SAP.
