SPM/Diploma/Degree
Experience in customer service roles is desirable
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Personality traits \xe2\x80\x93 Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused
Customer service skills \xe2\x80\x93 Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills
Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure
Able to start immediately

To remind customer with regards their pending outstanding bills.
