Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Responsible for contacting customers to inform them of overdue repayments via phone, emails, letters and legal counsel to minimise defaults and bad debts on the current and future portfolio. - Manage, track and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of attempts, contacts and the amount collected. - Initiate/ track and manage DCAs of collection progress and performance. - Manage/ monitor NPLs following a pre-formulated strategy/ action plan to negotiate for/ recover repayments to maximise recovery effort. - Initiate and track the progress of legal proceedings, and liaise with various stakeholders including appointed legal firms to ensure timeliness and effectiveness of collection & recovery actions. - Exercise judgement within defined practices and policies to determine appropriate action. - Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations, internal controls and processes. - Any other administrative work including preparation of reports to support the recovery and collection roles. Job Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma Certificate in any related field - Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Experienced in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and Word - Good working attitude, passionate, energetic and customer-oriented - Able to work independently with minimal supervision - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and trainings will be provided
