Responsibility:
- To call customers to remind on their past due account.
- Efficiently recover customer\'s debts in a timely manner.
- Efficiently follow up on all files includes \'promise to pay files\'/ \'broken
- Skillful and professional negotiation over the phone.
- Work with customers to solve payment problems / make workable
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Those without experience in this field are encouraged to apply (training
- Candidate with experience in banking and financial sector/
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English and other major
- Candidate who can speak Mandarin will get extra RM 250.00 of language
