To support the recovery department in optimizing the recovery operations and process. To increase customer satisfaction and reduce cost of poor quality, through proactively working in the store to identify, investigate and report any quality defects.

  • Support that the As-Is area lives up to the As-Is principles and the commercial part of the Functional Review for Recovery and Quality.
  • Co-operate across functions to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the Recovery process with focus on prevention, optimize revenue and sustainability.
  • Ensure that the Recovery area is a safe and secure environment to shop and work in.
  • Block and report products that have potential quality problems by issuing and creating store. quality reports (SQRs) in CASY. Provide the store with customer and co-worker feedback on reported potential quality issues.
  • Work actively to create an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality, and secure diversity is valued, to ensure our store is regarded as a great place to work.
  • Work proactively with my colleagues to optimize all Recovery operations in the store, contributing to the achievement of the Store and Recovery goals within profit & loss.
  • Actively analyse and communicate Quality KPI performance in the store; prioritise and initiate actions to improve performance as well as the store competence.
  • Secure compliance to Rules and SOPs in my area and contribute actively by participating in the iCheck/weCheck process.
  • Promote a "safety first" culture where my colleagues raise and discuss concerns a solution.
Qualifications
  • Having the knowledge in store operation, product/range and supply chain.
  • Have an understanding of how product quality and safety issues affects the IKEA Brand.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drive to prevent unhappy product flow and able to optimize revenue on the unhappy flow.
  • Excellent networking, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on weekend, shift hours and Public holidays.
