Job Description
About the Company: A well-known MNC Telecommunication Company Roles & Responsibilities:
- To support the Recovery Management process within the department.
- Entail managing files which are referred to panel lawyers / Debt Collector Agencies and ensure that files are submitted in timely manner for the respective actions per datelines plus obtain.
- Monitor response from lawyers on files referred.
- Monitor listing of accounts in Credit Rating Agency (CRA & Experian).
- Performing outbound calls to customers to obtain payment.
- Fluent in English & Malay.
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power point skills.
- Analytical skills - able to organize and categorize info/data, review collection reports and provide feedback for improvement.
- Monday to Friday
- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
