Job Summary



We are looking for a

Recruiter

to join our team and manage the end-to-end hiring process. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand staffing needs, source top talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the full recruitment cycle: prescreening, phone interviews, hiring manager interviews, background checks, and offer discussions. Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs on staffing needs, offering input and feedback to ensure effective hiring decisions. Fulfill hiring requests within agreed timelines while ensuring quality hires. Utilize multiple sourcing channels -- job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals -- to identify potential candidates. Prepare monthly hiring status reports and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment performance. For senior roles: guide junior recruiters, manage subordinates, and assist in onboarding new team members. Work closely with payroll and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles. Support employee relations (ER) activities to maintain positive relationships and promote staff retention.

Requirements



Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of recruitment experience; agency or headhunting background is an advantage. Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other sourcing platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously. Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR compliance is preferred. Familiarity with payroll and onboarding processes is an added advantage.
