We are looking for a highly driven and motivated HR Executive with the responsibilities below: Here are the job responsibilities entails but are not limited to:- 1. Recruitment
  • Creating job postings and putting them up online via multiple career platforms.
  • Identifying Job platforms for Job postings based on vacant roles.
  • Advertising job availability through online channels and other media.
  • Identify critical positions and examine applicant information (including resumes and social media sites)
  • Pre-screening and shortlisting applicants.
  • Phone screen job candidates to conduct screening interviews. You are required to ask a series of questions to determine whether the applicant possesses the necessary skills for the role and determine if they have a good personality that is fit for the company.
  • Onboarding new recruits on their first day.
2. HR Administration
  • Manage company payroll
  • Managing staff HR files and ensuring all files are organized and kept up-to-date.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Answer employee\'s queries about HR-related issues.
  • Attend to employees\' grievances and provide guidance. Handle disciplinary matters.
  • applying for visas, renewal of visas, endorsement of visas, and processing of documentation. Submission of Visa Documents to MDEC
  • Manage employee offboarding and ensure hand-overs are done correctly.
3. Employee Relations and Culture
  • Celebrating staff birthdays monthly and festive celebrations.
  • Managing in-office decorating, particularly festivities decoration, as well as decorations that highlight company identity and culture.
  • Touch base with everyone in the company to ensure their well-being.
4. Others
  • Managing in-office materials such as pantry items, stationery, cleaning materials, and other relevant items are stocked within the office.
  • Manage office petty cash.
In order to be able to succeed in this role, here are the requirements we\'re looking for in our new teammate:
  • A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience working as a Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter/Administration officer.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Up-to-date knowledge in Foreign Worker Employment Visa Application.
  • Good understanding of the Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Familiar with career platforms.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Solid organizational and conflict management skills.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Location: No 12, Jalan MU 1/1D, Seksyen 1, Taman Perindustrian Meranti Utama, 47120 Puchong, Selangor (next to JNT) Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Benefits:
