Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
Ensure hiring projects assigned is executed smoothly within the timeframe given.
Secure candidates from offers negotiation to onboarding.
Proactively source for talents through sourcing tools, employee referrals, social media and other innovative channels.
Pre-screen and interview qualified candidates based on criteria and guideline.
Develop strategies in search and sourcing activities within targeted market and demographics.
Proactively communicate the status of hiring process
Build strong rapport with candidate and provide timely updates to have all parties aligned.
