Job Description
:
On-time submission of quotation with agreement to customer expected date.
Accuracy in cost & technical specification compliance for the RFQ.
Productivity with able to meet the annual target.
Quoted Quotation able the awarded (Hit rate).
Co-work with colleagues to build a robust team to achieve high performance outcome.
Able to OT when require to finish targeted job with limited of time.
Fill-in related documents for sales to submit to clients. (SOT, SOM, SOR, compliance list, tender clarification, and others)
Request price from vendors for best price or new items.
Co-ordinate with sales, service & PE team as toward same targeted to awarded with clients PO.
Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior or management.
Job Requirements:
1. Min Diploma in Electrical and above.
2. Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu. Candidates who able to speak Mandarin will be more advantage.
3. 5-year experience in doing LV panel quotations.
4. To execute technical queries independently.
5. To perform technical specification.
6. To contractual specification independently.
7. Fresh graduate are welcome.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
