Plan and organise engagement events, such as information sessions, networking events, and webinars to attract potential candidates to apply Assist in screening resumes and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers & tracking the application flow Involve in enhancing the candidate experience through various touch-points such as being a candidate experience manager with dedicated support for the candidates Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related fields Good communication and interpersonal skills Fast-learner with strong time management skills to deliver work on time Detail-oriented and well-organised in a dynamic work environment Possesses a can-do spirit Comfortable working independently and in a team Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint Preferably, experience in campus recruitment in previous internships Full-time interns who can start as soon as possible are preferred (3-6 months or longer)
