Finding, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for open job positions within an organization including recruitment of qualified agent as Financial Advisor and Real Estate Negotiator.
Developing job descriptions by highlight the skills, experience, and qualifications required for each job opening.
Sourcing candidates, use various methods to source potential candidates, such as job postings, employee referrals, social media, and online job boards.
Screening candidates by review the resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine which candidates are a good and match with the jobs.
Selecting candidates, the most qualified candidates will be present to the hiring manager for consideration and make recommendations based on their assessment of the candidates.
