Job Description


  • Background studies in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Working experience in recruitment or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Proficient in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and other technology tools to source and track candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Finding, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for open job positions within an organization including recruitment of qualified agent as Financial Advisor and Real Estate Negotiator.
  • Developing job descriptions by highlight the skills, experience, and qualifications required for each job opening.
  • Sourcing candidates, use various methods to source potential candidates, such as job postings, employee referrals, social media, and online job boards.
  • Screening candidates by review the resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine which candidates are a good and match with the jobs.
  • Selecting candidates, the most qualified candidates will be present to the hiring manager for consideration and make recommendations based on their assessment of the candidates.
  • Extending job offers to the selected candidates and negotiate salary and other job benefits.
  • Maintaining records of candidate information, job postings, and other recruitment-related data.
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions and create the job description.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with director to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plan and implementation.
  • Develop a pool of potential candidate and blast invitation of recruitment agent.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Improve company\'s online presence to assist in recruiting.
  • Conduct online interview with shortlist candidate
  • Providing ongoing support and on-job training such as online seminar to new hires during the on boarding process.
