Duties/Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. \xc2\xb7 Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. \xc2\xb7 Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. \xc2\xb7 Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. \xc2\xb7 Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. \xc2\xb7 Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. \xc2\xb7 Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews \xc2\xb7 Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. \xc2\xb7 Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. \xc2\xb7 Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. \xc2\xb7 Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. \xc2\xb7 Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. \xc2\xb7 Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. \xc2\xb7 Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. \xc2\xb7 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: \xc2\xb7 Diploma or Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. \xc2\xb7 At least 1-2 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
