  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates\' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Negotiate skillfully with the candidate to secure a successful conclusion of the offer.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to understand technical requirements for open positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage technical candidates.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, networking, and industry events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to align recruitment strategies with market demands better.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and potential candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master\'s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain confidentiality of discussions, decisions, and documents related to the HR.
  • Strong-bias for action
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced and international environment
  • Highly organized
  • Proficient in excel
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on technical and IT positions.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with technical professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and prioritize multiple tasks.
