Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a specialization in candidate screening to join our growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, your expertise in evaluating resumes and profiles will be instrumental in identifying and selecting top-tier candidates who align with our company\'s values, culture, and goals. Your role will involve leading screening processes and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment effort. Responsibilities Candidate Screening Expertise: Utilize advanced techniques to meticulously review and assess resumes, online profiles, and applications. Apply your deep understanding of industry-specific requirements to identify candidates with the right skills, experience, and qualifications. Employ a systematic approach to identify candidates\' potential cultural fit and alignment with the organization\'s values. Sourcing and Attraction: Implement creative and targeted sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Develop an extensive pipeline of high-quality candidates tailored to various roles and departments. Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that resonate with potential candidates. Collaborative Evaluation: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to establish candidate criteria and align on screening parameters. Provide comprehensive insights and recommendations to hiring managers based on your in-depth evaluations. Comprehensive Interviews: Conduct thorough and probing initial phone screens to gauge candidates\' communication skills, technical proficiencies, and motivation. Utilize advanced behavioral interviewing techniques to delve into candidates\' experiences, accomplishments, and growth potential. Candidate Experience Enhancement: Elevate the candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback, enhancing their perception of our organization. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and concerns effectively. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of full-time work experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, with a strong focus on candidate screening. In-depth knowledge of modern screening techniques and industry-specific requirements. High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of HR best practices. Strong-bias for action Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task. Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment Ability to navigate and embrace ambiguity.
