DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

This is an Intermediate level role with excellent opportunities for personal growth and career development, working for a growing business within the cybersecurity and technology sectors. You will join our International Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment activities for the APAC region while collaborating on Talent Acquisition initiatives.

This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and has a dotted line reporting to the APAC Director HR.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Publish job advertisements
• Utilize internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications and collect documentation
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Communicate with and provide updates to hiring managers regarding recruitment processes
• Participate in interviews and meetings
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and keep them informed throughout the interview process
• Generate monthly reports on ongoing recruitment activities
• Attend recruitment fairs, symposiums, and other relevant events
• Support candidate sourcing efforts
• Assist with general recruitment administration tasks

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
• Articulate and passionate individual with the drive to develop a career in recruitment
• Service-oriented approach, providing a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Experience working to deadlines in a KPI-driven role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the use of recruitment modules such as ATS In PeopleHR
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, along with interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of labour and employment laws
• HR administration experience would be considered a plus
• Degree in a related field would be beneficial
